13.9.2023 — Již druhý ročník největší umělecké přehlídky v metropoli Pražský týden umění/Prague Art Week 2023 se uskuteční ve dnech 21. až 24. září 2023. Svá díla a projekty budou prezentovat více než tři desítky vybraných pražských uměleckých a kulturních institucí.

29.4.2019 — On the 30th of April 2019, the 33rd annual festival 'Mezinárodní týdny tance' (International Dance Weeks) will culminate in the Hybernia Theatre. For the first time, artists from all three Czech National Theatres will meet on one stage!

21.7.2022 — Umělecké instalace, performance, komentované prohlídky, filmové projekce, přednášky i diskuse. To vše divákům nabízí druhý ročník bienále Ve věci umění, na kterém spolupracuje Galerie hlavního města Prahy. Koná se do 23. října 2022 na třech místech Prahy a ústředním tématem je lidská zranitelnost i traumata minulosti. Výstava i veřejný program jsou přístupné zdarma.

24.10.2016 — Kde jinde si připomenout 27. výročí sametové revoluce než na pražské Národní třídě? Bez politických hesel, kladení věnců nebo projevů plných prázdných frází, zato s koncerty kapel, divadlem pro děti, orchestry, workshopy, pouličními performancemi, prezentacemi neziskových organizací nebo třeba mší. Národní třída si připomene 27. výročí svobody.

30.8.2019 — At night on the 31st of August and the 1st of September, dozens of historical buildings will take part in the Night of Castles and Chateaux. This annual event began in 2010, and it presents historical monuments in an unconventional light and with an interesting programme.

14.8.2020 — Čajomír Fest, the international tea festival, will once again offer two days of tea tastings, great food and drink, music, dancing, a children's zone and a tea school. You can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the festival over the weekend of the 15th and 16th of August in the beautiful surroundings of Vyšehrad.

23.5.2020 — Prague Symphony Orchestra, also known as 'FOK', for 'Film-Opera-Koncert', is preparing the event 'Roušky se odkládají, salónky ožívají' ('Masks are put aside, halls are coming to life') in cooperation with the Municipal House. The event will make the reopening of the Municipal House a unique experience on the 25th of May from 6pm to 8pm. Halls that are usually accessible to the general public only on special occasions and with paid guided tours will come to life with free, short multi-genre concerts by Prague Symphony Orchestra's members.

29.2.2020 — British musician Jade Bird will play her style of American folk music at NoD Roxy club in Prague on the 2nd of March. This will be her first performance in the Czech Republic. British singer-songwriter Jade Elizabeth Bird is rapidly becoming one of the most interesting young, female voices in music. She has distinctive vocals and strong melodies, and brilliantly interprets American folk for European ears.

To a mnoho dalšího si nenechte ujít v rámci Noci divadel, která se uskuteční už o nadcházejícím víkendu, v sobotu 18. listopadu 2023, v desítkách divadel po celé České republice.

20.11.2019 — From the 21st to the 24th of November, Prague will host the Flamenco Day festival. This time, the festival will commemorate the fifteenth anniversary of the death of the flamenco king Antonio Gades.

4.3.2022 — Městská divadla pražská v Divadle Komedie připravila sérii benefičních akcí na podporu Ukrajiny. První koncerty, performance, projekce i recitace protiválečných básní připravují umělci na sobotu 5. března. Začátek v 17.30 hodin. Vstupné je dobrovolné. Vybraná částka bude zaslána na sbírku Pomozte Ukrajině s Pamětí národ.

23.1.2020 — On the 25th of January, Reduta Jazz Club in Prague will host a concert of the Czech singer Tereza Krippnerová, who will sing music of the American singer, pianist and author Nina Simone. The concert will be part of the concert series 'Tribute to World Legends', which reminds audiences attending concerts at the Reduta Jazz Club of outstanding personalities of international jazz. This time, the evening will belong to the legacy of Nina Simone.

15.7.2019 — The 20th Anniversary of the Summer Festivities of Early Music has started! The first of seven exclusive evenings of music took place on the 11th of July and the international music festival will run until the 6th of August. The well-known festival has been connecting old music with architecture for 20 years, as the concerts take place at specially selected historical venues in the Czech capital city, such as the Convent of Saint Agnes, Břevnov Monastery, Troja Château, and Rudolfinum.

28.4.2020 — The 29th of April has been the International Dance Day since 1982. The traditional meeting of dancers and dance fans usually takes place on Střelecký Island, where the event has a wide fan base. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, this year's annual competition will be broadcast online from several locations in Prague. Nevertheless, the event will still connect the Czech dance scene with the public.

26.6.2024 — V rámci 16. ročníku pražského festivalu pouličního divadla Za dveřmi, který se uskuteční od 10. do 16. července 2024, je ve třech pražských lokalitách pro diváky připraven pestrý výběr z české i zahraniční tvorby.

11.12.2019 — Díla umělce Vladimíra Kiseljova s názvem I WANT MORE LIFE! jsou vystavena v Galerii D - Portheimka.

17.5.2010 — Druhý ročník Oslav Prahy láká stejně jako loni deseti tisíce návštěvníků. Hlavní pódium na Staroměstském náměstí od pátku nabízí téměř nepřetržitě bohatý program. Praha se tak opět proměnila v ráj hudby, filmu, divadla, výtvarného umění, sportu, vědy, módy, adrenalinu a tance. Pro návštěvníky je připravena řada divadelních představení, performancí, sportovních exhibicí, koncertů špičkových českých hudebních souborů.

7.5.2018 — In 2018, Prague Spring will offer about 50 concerts that will excite lovers of the big orchestral sound, admirers of chamber music, contemporary music fans, and those who enjoy following the latest trends in the informed interpretation of the music of past eras. The festival takes place from 12 May to 3 June.

25.11.2019 — Akcent International Theatre Festival, organised by Archa Theatre, is on until the 2nd of December. Theatre installations, interactive scenic events and productions of documentary theatre are all on the festival's programme. Archa Theatre has been organising the international documentary theatre festival Akcent since 2010. Their aim is to create a platform for art that crosses the boundaries between art, social issues and politics.

29.9.2019 — Lunchmeat Festival, an annual international festival dedicated to advanced electronic music and new media art, will take place between the 30th of September and the 5th of October. This year, the tenth annual audio-visual festival will take place in four venues.
